The Bank Workers Charity (BWC) helps individuals and families of people who are in need.

The banking sector is undergoing major changes. Regulatory shifts, digitisation, and the cost of living are affecting staff across the industry – from tellers to cleaners.

The BWC provide support for workers in the banking sector and their families. Whether it’s through direct financial support or just providing a listening ear, they make a positive difference within the banking community.

Working with the BWC, we crafted an engaging website that simplified the user journey. Our main goal was to help clients access digital resources more easily, and offer clear contact options for additional support.

Behind the scenes, we built a powerful and flexible content management system. This allows the editorial team to effortlessly create varied and captivating pages. We’re still collaborating with BWC, adding new features and templates to assist with the publishing of reports, webinars, and more.

Our collaboration has transformed the website, making it easier for clients to get the support they need. From the BWC’s point of view, they’re now empowered to create and manage digital content without much less effort.
